BELL SCHEDULES: This month we have a somewhat of a wacky bell schedule with our assessment days on 8/15, 8/16, 8/19, 8/20, 8/22, and 8/23. Here is a link to our August Bell Schedule at a Glance to help with navigating these schedules. Our first day of school is Wednesday, August 14th a MINIMUM DAY. Here is the schedule for students on the first day of school: AM TK/AM Kindergarten 8:00-9:30 PM TK/PM Kindergarten 9:50-11:20 1st-5th Graders 8:00-12:00 We will have assessment days on 8/15, 8/16, 8/19, 8/20, 8/22, and 8/23. Students will leave early to give teachers an opportunity to pull small groups for assessment. Here is our schedule for 8/15, 8/16, 8/19, 8/20, 8/22, and 8/23. AM TK/AM Kindergarten 8:00-11:30 PM TK/PM Kindergarten 11:30-3:00 1st-5th Graders 8:00 - 1:25 And finally, here is our normal bell schedule that we will begin on 8/26. Please note ALL TK/K students come from 8:00-11:30 on Wednesdays. Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays Wednesdays AM TK/AM Kindergarten 8:00-11:30 8:00-11:30 PM TK/PM Kindergarten 11:30-3:00 8:00-11:30 1st-5th Graders 8:00-2:30 8:00-12:50 BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHTS: 8/12 TK/K BTSN AM TK/K @ 5:00-6:00 , PM TK/K @ 6:30-7:30 in classrooms 8/15 1-5 BTSN Grades 4-5 @ 5:00-5:45 pm in classrooms ALL grades in MPR @ 5:45-6:15 Grades 1-3 @ 6:15-7:00 in classrooms TK/K ICE CREAM SOCIAL: We’d like to invite our TK students and Kinder students to an ice cream social on Tuesday, August 13 from 2:30-3:00 in th MPR. This is a great opportunity for your TK/Kinder student to meet new friends! This event is only for TK/K Students.VOLUNTEERING: You can check out the requirements here. Please make sure to log in and check your status on Be a Mentor. All requirements must be met before you will be allowed to volunteer in the classroom. ICE CREAM SOCIAL:Please join us on the blacktop on Wednesday, September 4th at 6:00 pm for our annual Ice Cream Social. This community event is for all students & families - we can’t wait to see you there! Arrival and Dismissal:Please remember to always use the crosswalks, stay in your vehicle and there is no cutting over from the outside lane in the drive thru. Please DO NOT drop off students in our parking lot. All students should be dropped off before the flagpole. Our fire lane is for emergencies and district vehicles only. Please do not drop off or pick up in the fire lane. We ask that adults who are picking up their child to please wait on the grass to minimize congestion. Please refer to the graphic below. Technology Use PolicyThis school year, aligned with our lost/damaged textbook policy, students/families will be held financially responsible for the repair/replacement cost for physical damage to a device, or the loss of a device, whether accidental or purposeful. Families are not responsible for normal wear and tear of devices. For any families who encounter a situation where their student’s device has been physically damaged or lost, who are concerned about this being a financial burden, they should speak directly with their school. We encourage you to review this Technology One-Pager for more information and links to additional resources. SRVUSD MEALSSRVUSD’s meal program will continue to provide meals to all students at no cost for the 2024-25 school year! If your child may need additional food for purchase, please check out the district pre-paid meal accounts to set up an account. If parents need information, they can reach out to Child Nutrition at SRVUSDEats@srvusd.net. Annual Update/TC Registration: In order to have a smooth start to the 24-25 school year, please be sure you have completed registration for your students before August 9. San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online Annual Update to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements. Continue to school site registration to make your school donations. Follow the easy steps below: Step 1: Complete district Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. Click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled "Online Enrollment Annual Update".
