Welcome Back Twin Creeks Families!
It is with great excitement that I write this letter of introduction as the new principal of Twin Creeks Elementary! I am honored to take on this role while continuing my commitment to this fabulous community.

Many of you already know me, but I wanted to share a little more about myself. My teaching career began right here, teaching kindergarten at Twin Creeks Elementary School in 2003. Since then, I have taught first, second, fourth and sixth grade. I was also an instructional coach for six years, supporting teachers at all levels with the integration of technology. For the past three years, I have been working at Twin Creeks in an administrative capacity, first as a teacher on special assignment and then as assistant principal. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology & Audiology, a multiple subject teaching credential, a master’s degree in Education and an administrative credential in Educational Leadership.

Twin Creeks has always held a very special place in my heart, and I am thrilled to be able to continue the great work here. My goal is to ensure that all our children continue to receive a stellar education in an environment that is safe, engaging and inclusive. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me at kberg@srvusd.net.

Also, I am so pleased to introduce our new assistant principal, Blaire Wyatt. Blaire is honored to become a part of this wonderful community. She will be at Twin Creeks on Thursdays and Fridays and alternating Wednesdays since she will spend the other half of her time working at Coyote Creek. Prior to this role, she supported Quail Run Elementary and Greenbrook Elementary as a teacher on special assignment.

As Assistant Principal, Blaire is committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all students. Her goal is to ensure that each child feels supported, valued, and empowered to take charge in their learning. Together with our amazing team at Twin Creeks, we will build a school community that celebrates diversity, embraces curiosity, and encourages deep learning. Please feel free to stop by and introduce yourself to either of us. Our doors are always open, and we welcome your involvement and feedback.

Here's to a fantastic year filled with growth, laughter, and love for learning!

Warmest regards,

Kristen Berg
