What Is A Corporate Matching Donation?
A corporate matching donation, or matching gift, is when a person makes a donation to a non-profit organization and their employer donates an additional amount, often equal or greater than the employee’s donation. It is a great way to increase your donation and your impact to the school-at no additional cost to you! If both parents' employers match, you can submit the same donation to each company for a match. That is an amazing opportunity to essentially triple your donation!
Corporate Matches are an essential part of funding that enables Twin Creeks Learning Fund to pay for the extra programs and positions at Twin Creeks that would otherwise not be available. Last year, TCLF received over $10,000 through the corporate matching program!

How long before the corporate match is received by Twin Creeks Learning Fund?
It often takes at least a month, and in some cases up to 6 months, for Twin Creeks Learning Fund to receive the funds from company matching programs. For this reason, we highly recommend you to start the process as soon as you have made the original donation.

Inquire How To Submit A Claim
Corporate matching programs differ from company to company, but typically, you make your donation, then submit a request to your company (using your receipt as proof of your donation).
Most corporate matching companies will need to provide the following information to your employer:

**Please note that in some HR systems, the Ed Fund tax ID may show up with the name "San Ramon Valley Education Foundation" or "SRVEF". This is because Twin Creeks Learning Fund is a subsidiary of SRVEF. If this is the case, please verify that the address is 2785 Marsh Drive, San Ramon, CA, then continue to submit your match. If submitting a match to the incorrect address is your only option, please include "For Twin Creeks Learning Fund" in the notes or comments section. This will help route your match to our school.
