SRVUSD Annual Update

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.


Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.


The Annual Update window for the 2018-19 school year is scheduled to open on July 11th for Twin Creeks. Complete the district online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.


Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

Twin Creeks Registration

Registration Dates: Wednesday, Aug 8th from 3pm-7pm in the Multi Purpose Room (MPR)


Online Registration link will be live  August 1st. . Future Fund is new to Twin Creeks. It replaces the Togeda site we previously used. All families will need to log in and create a new user name and password to access site. Thank you!


Please complete your online registration prior to coming to onsite registration on August 8th. School pictures will be taken on August 8th. Click here to preorder your child's school portraits.

Important Dates and Information


  • July 11th  -Parents will receive a message in their Parent Portal with a link to begin the Annual Update process. Parent Portal opens for you to update your child’s information.
  • August 1st-Twin Creeks Online Registration through Future Fund also opens.(This website is not sponsored by the school.  Information provided on this website may be available to Parent Teacher Associations and other educational benefit foundations as well as school personnel as required.)
  • August 8 -Onsite Registration: Parents & students should attend to complete the registration process.  School Pictures will also be taken at this event. 3:00pm-7:00pm in the Multi Purpose Room (MPR)
  • August 10th -Parent Portal opens for parents to login and receive Teacher Assignment. Class lists will not be posted at school.
  • August  10th- Kinder Ice Cream Social 3:00-4:00pm/ MPR
  • August 13th -First Day of School – Minimum Day, check bell schedule for details 
  • August 15th - Adjusted Wednesday begins for all ... see bell schedule
  • August  13 - PTA Back to school coffee 8:00am in the MPR   
  • August 16th- Back to School Night  Classrooms and MPR 
  • August 15-25- Assessment days grade 1 and 2   (see Bell Schedule)
