Medication at School

Does your child need medication at school?

Students are not allowed to have any form of medication sent with them to school. This includes cough drops, eye drops, chewable tablets, or any other form of over the counters medications or prescription medications. Call the school office if you have any questions.  925-855-2900.  


If a child needs to have medication administered by school personnel you must have a medication at school for on file in the school office. Please see the attached form which can be emailed or brought in to the school office.

Students may not have cough drops, eye drops or any other over the counter medication at school with out a doctors signed release. All released items must be kept in the office. Please do not send your child with any of the above items in their back pack.
